If you arrived at the Wolf Engine Management Affiliate Page, but aren’t sure exactly what an Affiliate is, let me help you.

An Affiliate is someone who sends targeted prospects or leads to a website.  If that prospect or lead buys something from that website, the Affiliate gets a commission.

In our case, the commission is a very healthy 10% of anything that person buys when they come to our site.

How are Affiliate Commissions Tracked?

I’m glad you asked.  When you become one of our Affiliates, we give you a special code, that you add to any link that you use to send customers to our website.

Your Affiliate Tracking Number looks like this – ?aff=2012713 (this number is a tracking test number – don’t use this one, we will email you your own specific number).  Of course, your Affiliate Tracking Number is specific to you and should only be used by you.

Now, if you go to our shopping cart at the url http://wolfems.cart.net.au/details/668742.html, you will see the Wolf V4X.  If someone goes to that url today and buys a Wolf V4X, no Affiliates will receive a commission.

But, if you add your Affiliate Code to the url to make it look like this: http://wolfems.cart.net.au/details/668742.html?aff=2012713, and someone uses that url, goes to our shopping cart and buys a Wolf V4X, an Affiliate (which is this case is me) will receive $135.00 commission.

If they go on to buy other items from our shopping cart, you will receive even more commissions.

Getting back to the tracking part of the question.  When the order appears in the back end of our shopping cart system, we can see the Affiliate Name and ID number.  The Affiliate Commission is already calculated for us by the shopping cart.  All we need to do is to send out your commission.

How are Affiliate Commissions Paid?

We pay Affiliate Commissions on the 21st day in the month following the receipt of payment for orders that are purchased through an Affiliate link.  Which means, if someone uses your Affiliate Link, buys a Wolf V500 Universal Kit and pays for it by the last day in that month, 21 days into the next month, we will send you AUD$189.50 in commissions for that sale. 

We prefer to pay via PayPal, although we can send cheques (checks) if you don’t have a PayPal account.  We will confirm your preferred payment method at the time you are accepted into our Affiliate Program.

But, unfortunately from time to time we do need to remind some folks of the Terms and Conditions that you agreed to when you became a Wolf Engine Management Affiliate.

You cannot misrepresent our products, or the services they provide to customers, both in terms of features and benefits, and/or in terms of legal usage within the region the customer buying the product will be using such product.

Feel free to use product photos from our shopping cart (you can right click and save them to your computer), but you cannot use our images, photos or text to sell products other than those within our shopping cart at wolfems.cart.net.au.

It is at our sole discretion to remove your affiliate status, if we feel that you have been operating outside of the any of the guidelines above, or in any manner that may misrepresent Wolf Engine Management products, staff, or the Wolf Motorsport company.

Basically, if you do the right thing by us, and our customers, all will be grand. If not, we will remove you from our affiliate network.

Here are the answers to the most common questions we are asked:

Q. How do I become a Wolf Engine Management Affiliate?
A. It’s really simple.  You just send an email to affiliate@wolfems.com.  We will send you a return email to make sure we have all of your correct information.  You send it back to us, and when you are approved, we will email you your Affiliate ID.

Q. What commission do I receive when a product is sold using my affiliate link?
A. We have a 10% affiliate commission level across all of our products.  So, if a customer uses your affiliate link to come to our website and buys $2549.00 worth of our products – you receive $254.90 in commissions.

Q. If a customer uses my link to a specific product, but then buys a different product, do I still get a commission?
A. Yes.  If you send a customer to our website and they buy any product, in any category, you get the full 10% commission.

Q. When are commissions paid out?
A. We pay our commissions on the 21st of the month following the month in which the sale was completed (the month when the payment has been made and accepted by us).  This allows time to ensure that the customer has made the correct purchase, and there are no issues with payments or shipping of the product.

Q. Do you have resources I can use to help me promote and sell these product?
A. Yes, we do.  We have photos, videos and descriptions of the products that you can use on your blog sites, in your emails to your list, or in any other ways you would like to promote.  You can find links to these resources on the right hand side of this page.
